Dedication to the cause of traybakes , that’s what drives our small band of bakers, mixers, pipers, spreaders and packers to produce the finest traybakes in the UK. With Cumbria’s Lake District outside our front door, our working environment is very special. As a small team each individual understands the whole making process from start to finish, from initial order, selecting ingredients through to packing and despatch.
